Nutty Apple Cinnamon Shake

2 scoops of Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder

1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk or any non-dairy milk

¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce or ½ sour green apple, sliced and/or peeled depending on how heavy duty of blender

Cinnamon to taste

1 tbsp of soaked raw pecans, walnuts, or sliced almonds

small handful of ice enough to blend

Blend all together until smooth
