Carrot Cake Shake

2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder

1 cup cooked, chopped carrots (substitute raw or 100% carrot juice)

1 tablespoon walnuts

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

1 cup of water

1 cup Almond milk or non-dairy milk

Optional (add a pinch of nutmeg or vanilla extract)

Blend together and enjoy!
