Coconut Yogurt + GF Granola

1 cup coconut milk yogurt (unsweetened and free of additives)

  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh fruit (such as banana or mango)

  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free granola (without added sugars or problematic ingredients)

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the coconut milk yogurt.

  2. Add a layer of fresh mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

  3. Add another layer of the remaining coconut milk yogurt.

  4. Top with the chopped fresh fruit, gluten-free granola, and optional shredded coconut.

  5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients to create additional parfaits if desired.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing and flavorful Coconut Milk Yogurt Parfait.
